The Schöller family’s “Heuriger im Weingarten” is located in a peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards. When weather permits, guests can sit right next to the vines and observe the ripening grapes—sampling is encouraged! Grüner Veltliner is the flagship variety and features prominently on the wine list. Culinary offerings include traditional Heuriger specialties such as the winemaker’s platter, sausage salad, and game dishes, as well as regional delicacies like smoked char fillets from the Haimel fish farm in St. Georgen and organic sheep cheese from Rabenstein an der Pielach.

Meet Karl: Experience Living in the Wohnwagon

Karl is a 6-meter-long, self-sufficient Wohnwagon—a kind of tiny house with a loft-style design that connects you deeply with nature. Its timeless and sophisticated look features rounded front and rear ends, a stylish flat roof, and porthole windows, giving it a unique visual appeal and a special energy inside. Karl is equipped with a photovoltaic system that supplies heating and water, alongside an advanced water recycling system with a rooftop plant purification setup. It also includes a composting toilet and a wood stove for cozy warmth on cold days.
