The Roch winery, located in picturesque Seebarn am Wagram in Lower Austria, is a family business with a long tradition of winegrowing. The vineyards stretch along the loess slopes of the Wagram and cover an area of 7 hectares. Various grape varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Frühroter Veltliner, Riesling and Zweigelt thrive here. Particularly noteworthy is Grüner Veltliner, which is vinified in various stages of development, from light summer wine to strong ice wine.
Since 2014, the winery has been run by Alois Roch, an experienced winemaker and cellar master, and his wife Eva, a skilled worker in viticulture. The Roch family's wine tavern is located in the immediate vicinity of the winery, surrounded by vineyards. This was redesigned in 2014 and offers a welcoming atmosphere for wine lovers up to six times a year. The award-winning wines from the Roch winery are the result of careful craftsmanship and testify to the high quality produced on the slopes of the Wagram.
