Toni Mörwald is a bundle of energy that likes everything, but no standstill. Hardly any other top chef in Austria shapes the local tavern culture more. The "Zur Traube" inn in Feuersbrunn has gained fame for its permanent realisation of new ideas. To live up to these early laurels is not easy, but it succeeds. True to the motto "Eating time is life", the high standards of our guests are fulfilled. The upscale restaurant cuisine corresponds to the sustainable zeitgeist: The tendency towards regionality and seasonality is noticeable. Herbs and vegetables come from the tavern garden, while high-quality meat products are produced by farmers around Feuersbrunn am Wagram.

Meal time as a lifetime
In the cozy dining room, in the herb room, gourmet restaurant or winter garden guests are served an Austrian cuisine with international finesse. The Weinbergschnecken with garlic butter and the Wagramer Veltliner foam soup give a small taste of what is coming. A gourmet cuisine that makes you want more and convinces with classic values, such as the paprika dinner with sour cream and noodles. Cooked to the point, the fillet of the Ötscherblickschwein presents itself with wild broccoli and egg crabs. The well-stocked wine list is worthy of this exclusive frame. Furthermore, the inn offers a confectionery, the largest cooking school in Austria and recently a market hall where you can buy directly from the producers high-quality and lovingly selected local products.
