The Blauensteiner farm stands for the combination of traditional agriculture and contemporary, organic viticulture. Great importance is attached to sustainability in the vineyards: The soil is strengthened naturally through green manuring and the vines are cared for according to ecological principles - in harmony with nature.

In the lovingly run farm shop, visitors can expect a wide selection of products from the farm's own production: homemade smoked meat, Blunzn, savoury spreads, fine sausages, potatoes, eggs and much more. The range is complemented by selected regional specialities from partner businesses in the surrounding area.

Right next to the farm shop, the wine tavern invites you to linger. Here you can enjoy the home-made delicacies in a cosy atmosphere - accompanied by the aroma of freshly smoked meat and the quiet grunting of the happy pigs in the barn. A place that combines enjoyment, nature and hospitality in a special way.
