a natural green manure system serves as a humus precaution

Depending on the grape variety, vinification requires
cold fermentation in steel tanks.
Our special selections are stored up to one year
year longer than the classic young wines.

a large selection of dishes that are ordered at the table
and freshly prepared.
For dessert we recommend the homemade apple strudel
or curd cheese strudel with vanilla sauce.
