Directly in Traismauer, the natural lakes in the former estuary of the Traisen offer a refreshing detour. A large sunbathing lawn with trees offers space for sun-seeking guests.
The beach volleyball court and wonderful walking paths round off the range of activities on offer. Plenty of space for fun and games with the whole family.
There are several snack stands and a restaurant right on the grounds of the Traismauer natural lakes. Of course, there are also sanitary facilities in good condition.
A few minutes away is the Danube restaurant, right on the banks of the Danube.
You can get here by car or by bike via the Traisental cycle route. The access road from Traismauer to the lakes is in good condition, and free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
In the interests of visitors, dogs are not allowed on the sunbathing areas at the natural lake from May 1 to September 30.
