In Sitzenberg (Sitzenberg-Reidling), Johann's combines the warmth of a traditional village inn with the lightness of a modern meeting place. At the center of the newly designed building is an openly integrated pizza oven; brick, wood and a long bar create an inviting bar atmosphere - perfect for an aperitivo or espresso before dinner. The cuisine rethinks regionality: classically inspired, boldly interpreted - familiar and yet surprising.
The roots of the establishment go back to the post-war period: Johann and Agnes Schmid laid the foundations for a place where good food and honest encounters are at home with their butcher's shop and inn. Today, Mathias Johann and his partner Alena are the third generation to carry on this tradition - with appreciation, authenticity and a curious look to the future. Johann's Bar & Restaurant
