Weingut Karl Mayr

The Mayr Winery is a family business in the Wachau, where time-honored tradition meets modern knowledge and influences. We have been cultivating our vineyards since the 18th century, both in flat areas as well as on terraces and steep slopes, thus passing on our knowledge from generation to generation. The main grape varieties are Grüne Veltliner and Urgesteins Riesling, among others. The total area under vines covers 7.5 hectares across the Wachau.
