Stetteldorf am Wagram is an up-and-coming market town in the district of Korneuburg in Lower Austria. Situated on the striking Wagram ridge, it covers around 25 km² and unites the districts of Stetteldorf, Eggendorf, Inkersdorf and Starnwörth. The region is characterised by extensive vineyards, green open farmland and a lively village community.

At the centre is the historic Stetteldorf Castle, a Renaissance building from 1588, which towers high above the Wagram. Next to it, the baroque parish church of St John the Baptist and several bell towers characterise the townscape. The historic ambience is complemented by ornamental fountains and village fountains that enliven the central square.

Stetteldorf is strongly characterised by viticulture: Family businesses such as Trabauer and Schauhuber tend their vineyards on the southern slopes and cultivate them with passion. Wine taverns invite visitors to sample regional specialities and offer an authentic ambience.

As the ‘gateway to the Wagram’, numerous hiking and cycling trails connect the municipality with the surrounding area - ideal for excursions and moments of pleasure. The regular events and the proximity to Tulln, Krems and Vienna make Stetteldorf an attractive destination for tourists and wine lovers.
