Heuriger zum Pfarrkeller - Weinbau Thomas Heinrich

The Thomas Heinrich family winery, located in the Traisental wine-growing region, is known for producing wines of the highest quality. On a vineyard area of 4.5 hectares, the vines thrive on dry, very calcareous, gravelly soils. Special climatic factors ensure warm days and cool nights, resulting in very fine aromas and spicy finesse in the wines. The focus is on the Grüner Veltliner, in particular the Grüner Veltliner - Ried Eichberg, which is appreciated for its special connectivity and depth. The Heurigenlokal zum Pfarrkeller, which is located in the wine cellar lane on the Eichberg, is a place to feel at home. It is modern and traditionally furnished and offers space for 200 guests. The Ahrenberger-Eichberger wine cellar lane, in which the restaurant is located, is the longest wine cellar lane in Austria that is open all year round and is a popular starting point for hikes. After a long walk or a romantic summer evening, visitors can enjoy home-made food and drinks and admire the view of the Eichberg vineyards. The restaurant was originally used as a press house and has belonged to the Heinrich family since it was renovated in 1998.
