Grand Garten

With the GRAND FARM and the GRAND GARDEN, Austria's first research and demonstration farm for bio-regenerative agriculture has been established in Absdorf. Healthy soil, high-quality organic food and sustainable farming methods have been developed here for over 25 years. The work is based on the guiding principle "We grow soil, food and people", which combines agricultural practice, research and knowledge transfer.

GRAND GARTEN produces a wide variety of freshly harvested organic vegetables by hand - regionally, seasonally and without pesticides, import routes or plastic. The vegetables are available from the GRAND GARTEN vegetable box and at the Lange Gasse organic and specialty market in Vienna.

At GRAND FARM, the focus is on regenerative organic farming with diverse crop rotations, intensive green cover, minimal tillage and agroforestry systems. The aim is to regenerate the soil in the long term while producing large quantities of high-quality staple foods.
