The hike starts directly in the center of town in front of the Inn Bauer and Wirt Langthaler in Pömling. After a few meters, the path leads from the town area into the fields. Up to the "Eitental" junction, we hike parallel to the long-distance trail "Jauerling-Runde", which is marked with a yellow logo. After 20 minutes, we reach this crossing. The Jauerling-Runde goes off to the left. We continue straight ahead and reach a clearing with the Hubertus Chapel and a rest area after another ten minutes. Directly at the chapel, we turn right and follow the field path. After a few minutes, we leave the forest and enter a wide meadow and field area. On the right, we have a wonderful view of the Alpine chain from the Ötscher to the Schneeberg. At an old and large linden tree, we turn right heading south. After a few hundred meters, we enter the forest and shortly after reach the meadows around Pömling. Upon reaching the country road, we turn right and after a few minutes arrive at the village of Pömling and our starting point Bauer and Wirt Langthaler.
