The Söllner organic winery, idyllically situated in the village of Gösing am Wagram, is a place of pulsating vitality and dynamism. Sustainable and organic farming is practiced on an area of around 15 hectares of vines, 35 hectares of arable land and 10 hectares of forest and biotopes. The use of biodynamic preparations supports the preservation of natural diversity.

The winery strives for energy autonomy and is home to rare animal species such as Carniolan stone sheep and Sulmtal chickens. Since 1989, the focus has been on the “original variety” of the Wagram - the Roter Veltliner. In addition to viticulture, the in-house distillery also processes various, sometimes very rare types of fruit grown on the estate. A particular highlight is the “fruit batch” of wild sour cherries and blackthorn. The fresh fruit is soaked in fruit distillate with no added sugar and then strained. The resulting extract matures into a delicate treat for the palate.

The organic winery Söllner combines nature, sustainability and enjoyment in a unique way and also offers rooms in the guest house “Alte Greisslerei Gösing”, services such as e-bike rental and a bicycle storage room. Pets are welcome on prior request.
