Urbanihof - der Punschmacher

Franz Paschinger from the Urbanihof organic winery has been making winter hot drinks, punch and mulled wine specialties for over 20 years.
The recipes were originally created by his wife Sonja, who tinkered with great attention to detail on a small scale. Together, the creations were repeatedly tasted, revised, discarded and rethought - until the perfect mixtures were finally created.

Today, the couple offers a fine selection of ready-to-drink punch and mulled wine variations - pure natural products, without any artificial additives, preserved through gentle pasteurization.

“I'm really looking forward to the wonderful Advent season. The smell of chestnuts, roast apples and punch is everywhere. People stroll through the Christmas markets and escape the stress of everyday life. And I spoil them with delicious punch and mulled wine,” enthuses Sonja Paschinger.
