There, customers have the opportunity to purchase the Schlossteich carp fresh - as fillets, portioned, in horseshoe shape or as smoked carp fillets. The fillet is virtually boneless thanks to the so-called cupping process.

The range extends far beyond classic carp: smoked carp fillets, smoked carp pâtés, finely marinated fillets in a spicy sauce and tench round off the product range.
