You don't have to go all the way back to the ancient Romans to find a tradition of winegrowing and the hospitality associated with it. The Ruthmair family has been growing wine since 1964, and just one year later they started the Buschenschank (typical tavern) - to the delight of hosts and guests alike. The Ruthmairs spoil their visitors with fine meat products from their own farm and home slaughtering in the well-kept and cozy wine tavern and serve fine and elegant white and red wines, above all, of course, the Grüne Veltliner with the "Traisental DAC" label.
