Gaumenweide - Honest cuisine with a regional character
At Gaumenweide, nature takes center stage. The cuisine follows a clear principle: authentic, regional and conscious. It uses almost exclusively ingredients from local farmers and producers with whom it has a close partnership.
You won't find anything exotic on the menu - instead, potatoes, tomatoes etc. are used in a variety of creatively interpreted dishes. Austrian cuisine forms the basis, but is carefully developed with fresh ideas.
Dining on the spacious terrace by the water lily pond is particularly idyllic. Water features with music and a view of the surrounding gardens create an extraordinary ambience - ideal for enjoying and slowing down. The location can also be used outside regular opening hours for special events by prior arrangement.
