The wine bar mainly uses organic food from local farmers and bakes its own bread. In addition to wine, Nikolaihof Wachau also produces apricot brandy, apricot jam, apricot compote, St. John's nut liqueur, elderflower syrup, elderberry roaster, mustard plums, mustard pears, Krems mustard and Wachau mustard.
