The Salomon family's cattle are an important part of their farm cycle. They spend the whole year on the pastures around the farm. Lush grass, summer sun, fragrant hay - the cattle enjoy a full life on the biodynamic farm. In the end, they also produce tender meat of outstanding quality.

It is fully processed out of respect for the animal. The best beef from Waldviertler Blondvieh is therefore always available directly from the farm!

Gut Oberstockstall is a renowned restaurant with an impressive history and a tradition of culinary excellence. Eva Salomon founded the restaurant in 1987 and laid the foundations for its success with her ability to transform simple, high-quality ingredients into exquisite dishes.

Matthias Salomon, Eva's youngest son, and his wife Elke have been running the restaurant since 2012. They have continued Eva's vision while adding their own signature touch. The restaurant is known for its use of the best regional and seasonal ingredients, reflecting the philosophy of the establishment since its inception.

Head chef Christoph Wagner continues this tradition by creating creative dishes that emphasize seasonality and regional diversity. Matthias Salomon, who is also a qualified sommelier, complements the culinary experience with a carefully compiled wine list.

The restaurant has earned multiple awards from gourmet guides. However, the true proof of its success lies in the growing number of regular guests who appreciate the quality and creativity of the cuisine
