Weinbau Elsensohn is a renowned winery run by Herbert Elsensohn, a graduate of the viticultural college in Krems an der Donau. After successfully completing his training and passing the examination to become a wine-growing and cellar assistant, Herbert Elsensohn specialized in looking after catering customers and private wine lovers.

He has been running the business in the picturesque Wagram wine-growing region together with his wife Maria since 1991. In the vineyards, particular emphasis is placed on cultivating quality grape varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Frühroter Veltliner, Müller Thurgau, Chardonnay, Riesling and the red wine Zweigelt.
