The Wimmer-Czerny family winery is an impressive example of sustainable agriculture and wine production. With 27 hectares of agricultural land divided between vineyards and arable land, the farm forms a harmonious organism. Viticulture is the main focus, but the fields and animal husbandry also play an important role in the farm's cycle. They supply seeds and fodder, while the animals contribute to the utilization of all resources. Without this cooperation, the fields would hardly have any justification. The farm cycle is thus guaranteed and the wine is the pearl in this system.

The Wimmer-Czerny winery in Fels am Wagram is known for its variety of Veltliner wines, which are individual, full of character and authentic. The winegrowing tradition of the estate can be traced back to 1750 through family documents. The estate's wines are characterized by their density and fruitiness, shaped by weather extremes and temperature differences. The result is wines with a classic structure, increased extract and body as well as balance and elegance.
