Gallbrunn in the district of Bruck an der Leitha is home to a small family farm with a focus on direct marketing. Specializing in fresh eggs and poultry, the animals are kept in barns with straw bedding - geese and ducks also enjoy species-appropriate free-range housing. They are fed with the farm's own grain.

Marketed exclusively on pre-order and ready to cook. Available all year round: fresh eggs from the farm, as well as liqueurs, syrups, potatoes, onions and garlic. Other homemade specialties include goose lard, pesto, fruit spreads and wholemeal flours.
