Weingut Siedler Alex

Alexander Siedler is now the fifth generation to run the winery together with his parents Gerhard and Helga and his wife Manuela. His vineyards are all located around the wine village of Reichersdorf, which makes it much easier to constantly monitor the vegetation.

The main focus is on white wine, with Pinot Blanc, Rivaner, Frühroter Veltliner, Gelber Muskateller and Sauvignon Blanc in the range alongside the standard Traisental varieties Grüne Veltliner and Riesling. The range is supplemented by some red wines such as Zweigelt and some Merlot, also as a cuvée matured in barriques. The trained oenologist draws his enthusiasm from his own closeness to nature, which does not prevent him from combining traditional production methods with innovative technology. The result is clearly structured, varietal wines that have brought him considerable success. "Wine from nature and not at the expense of nature" is his motto.
