Description
We have been farming on our farm for around 200 years. It is located in Rohrau, in the heart of Carnuntum. Biodiversity is a top priority on our fields, which means a rich crop rotation with many different arable crops. In addition to spelt, sunflowers, buckwheat and caraway, we are always trying something new, so for some years now we have also been able to harvest poppy seeds, chickpeas and lentils. We have been a certified organic farm since 2018 and have expanded our portfolio with laying hens from the mobile barn. This also led to the idea of producing pasta, so we can now offer Carnuntum meadow eggs and pasta. Our products can be purchased from the vending machine in Gerhaus or directly from the farm in Rohrau.
