Description
The village of Großriedenthal is nestled in a unique and idyllic landscape between the vineyards of Goldberg, Hausberg and Eisenhut. With over 500 hectares of vineyards, the municipality is one of the most important wine-growing communities on the Wagram.
The special soil composition of the Wagram characterizes the landscape and turns every hike into a nature experience: along the paths, you can discover numerous plants and grasses that can only be found here in this variety.

- Route description We follow the signs of route 2In the opposite direction to route 1, the path goes from Reithergraben to Diebsnest – onward to Eisenhut (350 m) – downhill on unpaved paths towards Steingrube – further over Goldberg towards the cellar lane Wolfsgrube – back over the hollow path to the starting point, the church Großriedenthal.
