One of the most beautiful baroque buildings in the region is the parish church dedicated to St. John the Baptist. The parish church is one of the two landmarks of Stetteldorf am Wagram. Some of the valuable paintings in the baroque church are the work of the baroque painter Johann Georg Schmidt. The current Baroque style is due to Johann Jakob Castelli, who supervised the renovations in 1716 and 1726.
