In the vineyard and cellar, winemakers Walter and Angelika work together with great dedication to create the best conditions for healthy grapes and wines full of character. From 2018 to 2021, the entire vineyard was gradually converted to organic farming.
A mindful approach to nature and healthy soils play a central role in this process. Pesticides harmful to the environment and beneficial insects are avoided. Through targeted work in the vineyard, such as thinning the grapes, the grapes are given more space and air and can develop optimally.
