As soon as you are a little more confident on your skis, it's time to get on the rope. The pros from the Tulln Water Ski Club are on hand with tips and tricks so that you will soon be gliding elegantly across the waters of the Danube. A few practice runs later, you can try your hand at mono-skiing or wakeboarding - and a few more practice runs later, there are still plenty of new goals to achieve: slalom course, trick ski, surfing and much more await!
From the beginning of July to the end of August (summer vacation), the water ski club is open daily from 3 p.m. on the Danube beach, weather permitting. In any case, please make an appointment by telephone in advance to ensure that a boat driver is available. The season generally starts at Easter and runs until the end of September. The spacious area with a view of the Danube offers a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere directly on the Donaulände. Enjoying picturesque sunsets is particularly recommended.
Public transportation by train & bus:
The journey with the S40 or the regional express (REX) from Vienna Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof takes approx. 20-40 minutes and from St. Pölten approx. 70 minutes. You can find the current timetable here.
