At our idyllic campsite right on the banks of the Danube, you will experience the river as close as anywhere else. Almost every pitch has a direct view of the water from where you can watch the passing ships.
Total surface area 3500 m 2, 40 pitches divided, pitches for large sizes on request, pitches 60 m2 - 80 m 2, canal and electricity connection, comfortable sanitary facilities, free WLAN on the square.
Nestled on steep rocks lies the town of Marbach, uniquely embedded in the Nibelungengau between Ybbs and Melk, at the western gate to the UNESCO World Heritage Wachau. On the wooded mountain you will find the well-known pilgrimage church of Maria Taferl, which you can also walk over our Steinbachklamm. Marbach is the ideal starting point for beautiful bike trips. On both sides of the Danube and in the side valleys there are numerous opportunities for pleasure cyclists and athletes to explore the landscape and cultural monuments. With adjoining marina, our campsite is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and planning a pleasant stopover on their journey.
