The Loibnerhof Restaurant offers you two equally enjoyable dining alternatives: One is the lovingly restored 400 year-old vaulted cellar with its Biedermeier interior and the other is our orchard dining area. Our summer garden is rightly referred to as one of the loveliest places in the region. Because you can choose to sit either in the shade of our ancient fruit trees or on our secluded veranda, to enjoy our outstanding cuisine and be looked after by our attentive team.
The classic, regional cuisine takes centre stage with its traditional Austrian speciality dishes. In pride of place on our creative menu are typical dishes from the Waldviertel. Culinary souvenirs are available to remind you of your visit: we have our own speciality nut schnapps, apricot jam or foie gras parfait. The perfect accompaniment to the specialities on the menu is provided by excellent white wines from our own wine estate, which is also run by the Knoll Family. Cousin Emmerich Knoll is one of the premier vintners in Austria.
We are especially delighted by the accolades our Knoll Family restaurant has been awarded. The two Guide à la Carte stars and the Gault-Millau toque are an indication of our culinary skill.
